Retail Assistant Manager This position is available in most store operations. The position is responsible to help the store manager or store owner in the supervision of staff, paperwork, and daily store operations. HS Diploma/GED and some college preferred. This position requires working extended hours during the summer months. Retail sales and supervisory experience required, as well as excellent customer service skills. Pool industry experience is preferred. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Must be 18 years of age.

Retail Store Manager This position is available in a select number of store operations, typically larger stores. This position is responsible for supervising staff, completing paperwork, and the daily operations of the retail store. The individual must be a self-starter, able to operate the store as if it were his/her own business. This position requires a HS Diploma/GED, with some college preferred. Retail sales and management experience required, as well as excellent customer service skills. Pool industry experience not necessary, the stores will provide training. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Must be 18 years of age.

Pool Service Maintenance Technician This position is available in a select number of stores. Position reports to the store manager, store owner, or pool service manager. Position is responsible for cleaning and chemically treating swimming pools and spas. HS Diploma/GED preferred. Pool service experience preferred. Must have the ability to work independently and maintain accurate paperwork. Stores may train a mechanically inclined individual. Excellent customer service skills are required. A clean driving record is mandatory. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Must be 18 years of age.

Pool Service Mechanic This position is available in a select number of stores. Position reports to the store manager, store owner, or pool service manager. Position is responsible for the mechanical maintenance and repair of swimming pools and spas. HS Diploma/GED preferred. Plumbing, electrical and mechanical experience required. Position requires the individual to work independently. Excellent customer service skills are required. A clean driving record is mandatory. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Must be 18 years of age.
